A partial buyout invites up to 80 guests to gather around long tables draped in crisp white linens, all anchored by the steady warmth of the grand fireplace. It is a space where the 1920s never quite ended: a resonant stage for the celebrations of today.
Partial buyouts provide a dedicated, private sanctuary for your guests, while the Bootleggers bar and deck remain open to the public, maintaining the spirited hum of the Lodge.
Full Buyouts
Silence the noise of the outside world by securing the Lodge in its entirety for up to 150 guests. A full buyout closes our doors to the public, offering your party unfettered access to the dining room, bar, grand deck, and beach. Whether you are hosting a sunset reception above the water or a evening gathering around the fire pit, Bootleggers is yours to command.
