This Valentine’s Weekend, experience a captivating display of craftsmanship at Bootleggers Lodge. We are hosting a live ice carving event featuring two massive blocks of ice transformed into intricate, Valentines-themed masterpieces right before your eyes.

The Performance Schedule:

• 5:00 PM & 7:00 PM: Each live demonstration lasts one hour.

• The Best View: For an unobstructed, close-up view of the action, head out to our Ice Bar on the deck.

• The Ice Bar: Grab a hot beverage at our outdoor bar—literally carved from ice—and stay close to the artistry as it happens.

Dinner Reservations: We highly recommend booking your dinner reservation for before or after the demonstrations to ensure you don't miss the show. Please note that while our Lodge offers beautiful views, we cannot guarantee unobstructed sightlines to the carving area from every dining table. Planning your meal around the performance times allows you to enjoy the Ice Bar experience to the fullest.
